On January 5, 2021, the new ordinance TSG 23 (Revision 2021) for gas cylinder safety was published with Notice 01/2021 of the authority SAMR (State Administration of Market Supervision).
It will enter into force on June 1, 2021.
The TSG 23 summarises the following previously applicable regulations:
- TSG R1003-2006 Gas Cylinder Design Documents Appraisal Regulation
- TSG R4001-2006 Gas Cylinder Filling Licensing Regulation
- TSG R7002-2009 Regulation for Type Test of Gas Cylinders
- TSG R7003-2011 Gas Cylinder Manufacture Supervision Inspection Regulation
The 1st amendment to the regulation TSG 21 (revision 2016) enters into force with the publication of the notice. It contains several amendments in relation to quality management and construction requirements.
