In three consecutive days from September 14-16, Cisema presented at three separate successful webinar events: RAPS Convergence 2021, the Cisema Webinar Series Part 3 and the China Health Tech Series III webinar program with Business Finland. Cisema experts discussed various topics from China’s evolving digital health framework to alternative regulatory pathways and medical device registration in China.
On September 14, 2021, Cisema COO Hamish King presented on China’s evolving digital health regulatory framework at a session during the RAPS Convergence 2021, a four-day online event that is one of the largest conferences for regulatory professionals in the life sciences sector globally. Hamish is a RAPS (Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society) member and has also been certified by RAPS with the RAC qualification.
On September 15, 2021, Cisema’s Jacky Li and Hamish King presented a deep-dive of the current existing fast-track channels for the registration of medical devices and IVD in China in Part 3 of the popular Cisema Webinar Series. The webinar also covered other pathways via Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and the Hainan Pilot Zone. On September 16, 2021, Cisema presented in Business Finland’s 2021 China Health Tech Series III to share an overview of the NMPA registration process for medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics and medical software. Markus Roepke and Hamish King presented in the lively and well-received session. The webinar covered software products (SaMD and SiMD) and its regulatory implications in China.
